WARRANTY INFORMATION
We are committed to making the most durable mugs and kettles on the planet. We take our customer experience very seriously and offer the following warranty if something goes wrong with your UPRIVER™️ product.
LIMITED WARRANTY
For all UPRIVER™️ products during the applicable warranty period, in order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
You must contact us from the UPRIVER website and agree to cooperate with us;
You must return the defective product in bulk to UPRIVER;
And the defect is not caused by external problems such as storage, drop, etc. after the product reaches you.
If the product becomes defective due to storage of the product in accordance with the care instructions during the warranty period, we will replace the defective product or part at our discretion free of charge.
If the product is customized by UPRIVER, the customized markings will also be replaced. The warranty does not cover defects caused by modification, repair or replacement of parts by a third party. Perforations, scratches, normal wear and tear, and natural deterioration of color and material due to long-term use are not covered by the warranty.

Except for the warranties set forth herein, there are no other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event will UPRIVER be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or other tort, or under any theory of strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
This warranty applies only to UPRIVER dealers, agents or partners, and no other person is authorized to make any modifications, extensions or additions to this warranty.
